ENROLLMENT GUIDLINES AND INFORMATION

To enroll your child at Little Monkey In-Home Daycare, you can fill out the application forms available on this page.

• We provide care for children ages 4 weeks - 13 years.

• Before and after school care is available for children up to 13 years old.

• All forms must be completed and submitted to the center for review. If the age group you are enrolling for is full, your child will be added to our waiting list, and you will be contacted if an opening becomes available. Enrollment is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Upon accepted enrollment, you will receive information from us regarding further helpful information about the center, including policies, scheduling, payment info, etc.
